I can now add Sigma to Empath, Highly Sensitive, and INFJ. I have next to no people in my life I would label ‘a friend’. I let people go who lack integrity. My family talks about me behind my back and I’ve been told by them that I am ‘intimidating’. They cannot explain why. I would love to be part of a female Sigma tribe. interesting... i'm an intuitive healer (and i'm also autistic..) and I have all of these traits. However, I've never heard of this term. But here is a story for you. We did these LSI surveys for work a few years ago when I was doing manager training. The surveys were to determine what personality people were and it was split into 3 colours/categories. Red, Green and Blue. Red was the more aggressive traits (the Alphas you say) and Green were the followers, passive aggressive traits (your Betas). And then there was Blue. Blue was the strongest leader, altruistic, fair, loyal, confident, firm, and all these other traits. People took the test and their answers were scattered under each heading and most people were either mostly Red.. or mostly Green. What was interesting to me was that I was the only one in the program to score almost entirely blue on my survey. The Blue corresponds very much so with this Sigma type you are referring to.. Interesting that I came upon this right now considering where I am on my journey. Thank you for posting this. Very was informative and interesting.

I'm pretty new to sigma female videos. I see in the comments there's quite a lot saying they are INFJ's, and yet not a single INTJ. Would you say that fact is pretty universal for female sigma's? Because I think sigma men are more typically INTJ's.

Everything you just mentioned I have, but I am also doing self-healing. You helped me so much with knowing what my personality is. I have a SIL who ignores me and is passive-aggressive with her behavior like if I make her kids happy she hates it. She never contacts me or talks to me unless I reach out. I cut her off and am on my way to becoming a powerful stoic woman with my already somewhat stoic personality. Thank you for helping me! Please make a video on how to help kids become stoic. I have 4 sons and I have no religion so I want to help them become this! ❤️
