I'll never understand people bitching about the cholesterol, it's required for our bodies to function correctly and unless human physiology has changed, testosterone is a cholesterol based hormone.... do the math.

34 dollars for 5 pounds of Body Fortress and 58 dollars for the 5 pounds Optimum Nutrition. I don't think they are all that comparable in price.

Body Fortress has been awesome for me. Never had a clumping issue at all than again I blend in my Ninja blender, lol. But besides that, it taste like all protein powders do. I pay 33 dollars at my local WalMart for a 5 lbs tub. I have cut down from 320 to 223 in 9 months while using BF protein. I have retained and build so much more muscle. My nine months of use I would without a doubt recommend Body Fortress Protein. Feels like I'm back in my prime, makes me want to go a few round once again, lol. Good video tho.

You can buy 2 lb of Body Fortress for $15. You have 60 grams of protein in each scoop (w/milk), it's honestly not bad. It tastes good, and I haven't had any issues with this company, no clumps. I'm getting gains, and my strength is increasing. I'm going to continue with Body Fortress. I think I've gone through about 5 lb of the protein. I'm going to go get another one today.

One of the biggest differences is that body fortress has creatine and its not a negligible amount as stated in the video. It actually is very close to the daily amount you should have. The reason Im switching to gold standard is so that I can add my creatine independently for more control of what i supplement with.

I love the BF protein. Off topic: I’ve been lifting a lot, building up my arms, and I’m noticing a difference! I fast, drink loads of water, protein intake is up and meals are lean. I’m overweight and I don’t do cardio I don’t even do much intense exercise, just walk only 1 mile a week, and the weight is dropping off.

body fortress is way better and you can get 100g of protein in one shaker easily with it. I've been bodybuilding for years and the the thing always meet my daily protein for the day if you drink to shakers of this you can get up to 160g of protein easily.

Yeah but if you ever listened to one of athlean x videos he tells you its supposed to be clumpy and hes done his research on this stuff and that standard gold whey protein doesnt have that so if anything id rather go for the body fortress because it gets clumpy and in the words of athlean x thats the type of protein you should go for

This guy is wrong about the price. Its $18 for the Body Fortress Protein for 2 pounds. (( Not $30)) Gold Standard is overpriced at $30 for 2 pounds. They both taste good. He's wrong about that too..lol

I just want to add BF customer service is the best out there. I wrote them, just a genera feedback email about not liking a flavor. They offered me a refund and replacement. not many companies will do that.
