Looks good. I think a small breakout cable would be handy so that it is less likely for the transmitter to be snapped, but yes I would definitely grab one.

Bluetooth dongles are awesome on various devices. I use two different ones all the time. The one you showed has a weird form factor. I use a "FirstE TX80 updated version Bluetooth Transmitter" on my TV. Form wise this would work great on a game boy. And the second one, I really recommend a lot:"UGREEN Bluetooth 5.0 Switch Transmitter". As the name implies, it's made for the Nintendo Switch. I use it on my RG350M. Fits perfectly and works like a champ.

I'm surprised you didn't open the GameBoy up and stick it inside there! It'd be a task to mess with the wires and you'd have to find some space, but you'd have a perfectly flush ulimate GameBoy.

I have the Twelve South version of the bluetooth TX/RX dongle. It's designed for games, so the latency is non-existent. It's a little less convenient (kinda flops around out of the 3.5mm jack) but it's the best one I've tested.

If you put a tiny little 3.5mm extension lead on it, you could probably fold it back and tape or velcro it behind of the GBA.

I own the Soundcore life P2, over a year in use they are still going strong. I rarely need to charge them, maybe once a month, whilst using them for at least an hour for work commute daily.
