REDEFINING THE COMPACT STUDIO STROBE
With 100 watt-seconds, you've got twice the power of a flagship speedlite contained in the size of a Coke can. This dedicated off-camera, TTL, 9 stop, lithium-powered, radio-controlled studio strobe in the form-factor of a soda can is sure to get a double-take from many photographers.

The AD100 Pro is just 524 grams (1.2 pounds) with the battery included. You can throw it in your pocket or bag, making your photography journey a breeze. Why not go for a 6 pack and make it a party!

THE STROBEPRO DIFFERENCE
Strobepro is the largest distributor of Godox products in Canada. Give yourself peace of mind with Strobepro's professional helpful staff, 2-year warranty, and Calgary-based service centre.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE BATTERY
The lithium battery that ships with the AD100 Pro will get you 360 full-power flashes on a single charge, and recycles full-power flashes in just 1.5 seconds. Godox V1 users will be happy to know that the AD100 Pro and V1 use the same battery!

MAGNETIC ACCESSORIES AVAILABLE
Godox has an extensive ecosystem built around the AK-R1 Accessory Kit. Like the V1 and AD200 Round Head, the AD100 Pro is able to use these clever, stackable magnetic accessories as well. Wish this little flash was a bare-bulb-style strobe? Attach the dome diffuser. Need a small pop of colour? Gels click in place elegantly with no gaffer tape required. Add an AK-R1 kit to your strobe using the dropdown menu above!

TTL AND HSS
The Godox AD100 Pro supports TTL (automatic flash power) and high-speed sync when an appropriate controlleris connected to your camera. It's game-ready for your next fast-paced photo adventure.

THE STROBEPRO/GODOX ECOSYSTEM
All strobes and flashes that we currently sell can be conveniently controlled through just one X-Series wireless radio controller. Select one from the dropdown menu if you don't have one already. No receivers required.

S2 BRACKET COMPATIBILITY
All of your existing Strobepro or Bowens-mount modifiers will work with the AD100 Pro using the optional S2 Bracket. Toss the bracket in the bag with your modifier, and keep the strobe in its tiny form in your camera bag.

I wish all instructions were given on a video as done here as I can never cope with written instructions. Crystal clear, relaxed instructions, Phew, brilliant. I wasn't sure it this was the light for me - until I watched this and, yes, it is. Thank you Jesse

can it be charged with external powerbank? with the usb-c port? or that's just for firmware updates

This vid just saved me a TON of grief. I couldn't understand why my 100s were not powering down to 1/256, but after watching the video I knew to turn of HSS, and I was able to power down to 1/256 again. Thanks so much!

Thanks. I hate reading their tiny manuals in Pidgeon English.
It works a bit different to the V1c which you have to set it to slave before the wireless can use it, making the display turn orange. I keep adding to my Godox range and it's getting expensive fast.

By far the most comprehensive video. Been watching since I bought the V1. Well done! Relaxed and informative.

it's not possible to charge using the usb-c port. This is only for firmware upgrades.

Thank you for this very informative video. You have explained the strobe features and functions very well. I currently have the Godox AD400pro and am excited to add the AD100pro to my studio.

Hello. Please notice that this model contains torch instead of modeling lamp. This light source doesn't turn off when flash is triggered. It causes that ghosts are visible for moving object at low level flash power (1/256) - both sources of light mix together. For static objects and mentioned conditions - the "modeling light" causes orange cast. This is serious dysfunction. I hope it will be fixed in the future.

nice presentation. you forgot to mention ad200pro which is compact, compatible with magmod products. Only disadvantage is the weak modeling light of ad200pro not strong enough to go through a softbox in a dark studio to make focus. is ad100pro meodeling light as powerful as ad300pro ? i am fan of the ad400 pro modeling light for studio, video, ...

you are WAY OFF on your power, the difference between the AD100pro and the V1 is only about 24 watts. AD100pro is 100 watts, and the V1 is about 76watts, the AD100pro is not 1.5 times brighter.

Why not just get the ad 200 ?!?! Better to have more power incase you need it. Or if you are releasing the ad 100 it should be 150.00- 175.00 not 300 bucks
