I will never get used to this. $300 bucks for 80 grams? Unless your a pro, and lets face it 99% or more of the viewers are not, You can loose 80 grams of body weight first. Wait why not go totally crazy here, loose 100 grams, Bonkers I tell you!

I replaced the original triple crank with steel arms on my wife's bike with a Shimano M131 triple with alloy crank arms for about $25. New cranks were around 600g lighter. 24 grams saved per dollar!!

One of my favourite money savers is a drawstring bag, if you want to take sandwiches and snacks, and when fishished with you can just put it in your pocket.

ive got one bike and aim to get a few more, doesn't hurt to have a few incase 1 goes wrong, going to get a full suspension for my mtb, stick to my hardtail for general commuting and eventually will get a DH bike. and at least I know when the times are to buy to save money thanks
