Cathy - Back Pain & Arthritis

Cathy came to Natural Fit Therapy after being told her back pain was being caused by arthritis and the only solution was to take medication and "slow down". She thought physical therapy was only for people who had been in major accidents, so she was surprised to realize PT also offered a solution to her back pain. After a few sessions with our skilled therapy team, Cathy is now back to getting on and off the floor with her grandkids, playing baseball with them and walking with them as they ride their bikes.
