Nope. My circadian rhythm is upside down. I'm wide awake at night and sleepy all day. That was rough when I was in school and later when I was caring for my son which required "normal" sleep patterns.
But now that I'm retired I can finally sleep comfortably, as long as I'm not trying to fit the "norm".
What needs to be realized is that some people are just night people. Trying to fit in a day person society when you are a night person is one major reason for insomnia.
