the turbo does not generate pressure, it generates a lot of flow and pressure. an engine naturally draws air from 4, 500 to 5, 000 liters of air per minute at maximum power. For it to work, it should be able to compress more than 5000 liters of air with an overpressure of 2 psi.
That electric turbo would serve for a 10cm3 radio control engine

The best electric setups use 48VDC with a Super capacitor bank. This will give you an instant on. But because these things restrict inlet flow, I would use a ''Y'' pipe with a switchable baffle like in some exhaust systems. Use a ram air intake in normal drive mode and then have the baffle switch off the intake and energize the electric supercharger which is setup to by-pass the baffle.

If you downsize the air enough your gonna increase the pressure, let's see it tested on a bigger line.

As in actual turbos, pressure doesn't mean anything. If you can keep this up to 2psi with sufficient flow feeding a small engine, let me know.

Dead head pressure is not equal to pressure when a hungry engine is eating 500-1000 CFM at WOT. There's a reason these turbines spin at 50, 000-300, 000 rpm depending on turbine diameter. Anything less can't keep up with the engine.

Convert to Hg" and subtract that number from total engine under load at w.o.t. pre throttle body intake vacuum averaged across the power range rpm, factor the compressor output in FPM³ vs. the engine's flow volume under full working load and wide open throttle, and that will tell you if you're choking or augmenting intake air flow

Ideia boa também seria adaptar uma turbina fixada perto da correia do alternador usando uma correia que pega na turbina e no alternador junto, a rotação aumenta e a turbina empurra mais ar na admissão, um supercharger com uma turbina comum

А теперь проверьте производительность, за сколько времени она накачает весь объем впускного коллектора. И не просто коллектора, а на работающем двигателе у которого расход воздуха не маленький вообще то. Так то у меня компрессор, для накачки шин и 10атм покажет, если на прямую к манометру подсоединить. Но их же не используют вместо турбин.

What people don't understand is that a conventional turbo gets its power from exhausted energy that the engine failed to convert to HP. That means that you can run a conventional turbo esentially for free.
Electric turbos get their energy driectly from the engine and are thus removing HP from the engine directly.
Yes electric conpressors work and generate boost but in order to run one it uses power from the engine that a ceonventional turbo doesnt.
You could try and get your energy from the exhaust of your engine as well but at that point why not just use a conventional turbo and skip all the development and testing.

The turbine is rotating in the reverse direction. Try changing the connector order. Also you should decrease the flow diameter gradually (as apposed to what you have done here). Then, you should be able to reach around 1.5 bar depending on the RPM.

Turbo is pressurise the vaccum chamber from piston suck in. This is close chamber test. So it doesn't have correct way to test until you mimic.

I was wondering if the electric turbo could be used to keep a bigger turbo spooled up as some sort of coumpound twin turbo set up

You might have to run it on a speed controller to get more rpm out of it. Standard turbos are 70, 000-100, 000rpm

Dead ending the output to a pressure gauge would cause surge. That size compressor ( it is NOT a turbo) would flow 8-12 kg mass of air per minute at a pressure ratio of 2 and consume 5 to 8 kW of power to do so. That 2 PSI at no flow rate isn't even near stall speed.
