A 4s LiFePo4 would probably work better. Just from my guess you may get 20 km from the remaining capacity at 3.6v. I would like to have something like this. If you had 2 4s banks in series with 2 3s banks . equal to two 7s banks. It would be more equal to the lead acid voltages. You could go to 40 v dead, 56v at 4v per cell. I went with 24v system and 7s liion for my home power. Charge to 28.5-28.8 a bit under 4.2/cell. I'd like to stay at speak of 4.1v. Great video.

Do you have 48V packs? What is the Ah of each individual pack?
