Upgrading my Power Pack to 18650 batteries

In this video I show how I upgraded my power pack from a lead-acid battery to lithium ion using 18650 cells salvaged from laptop batteries. I also do a discharge test using the built-in inverter.

There's 54 cells - in a 3s, you'd have 18p; that would give a 36Ah rating to the pack...
Is this correct or am I missing something?

When the agm battery in my booster pack died I put 4 5000mah li-po rc plane packs wired in series inside and it works great :)

LiMn Batterie (as in Nissan Leaf) has about 80% of Capacity from 4, 2V to 3, 6V. That make 10, 8V with 3S and you have at 10, 7V Low Voltage Alarm.
