How to Fix a Drooping Door - Fix a Sagging Door or Gate!

Nice video, thank you. I just don't get the concept of squeezing the door on itself actually lifts the door up? What am I missing here? I have a double door sag on a garage and the doors have to be at least 100 lbs. each. I'm at wits end on how to approach this fix.

I'm assuming that if I had to lower the top instead of raise it, I would put the top bracket on the outside corner and the bottom bracket on the inside corner. Would that be correct. It's a two door shed. The right door needs to be raised and the left door needs to be lowered. Thanks for the helpful video.
