My excessive morning coffee routine and setup

This is my morning espresso routine. How I brew a latte at home with my Slayer Espresso Machine.

I ran out of good coffee beans two days ago and am now using some stale, pre ground, dark roast I got as a gift and that made me realize how much my morning coffee routine actually impacted my day. Ever since I got an electric grinder I’ve loved making coffee in the morning again. Hoping my new beans will be delivered soon 🙏🏻 Really enjoyed this video!

Glad too see I'm not the only excessive coffee person hehe. When I'm passionate about something, I tend to go "all-in". I do every single steps you've done in my same coffee routine on a "Rocket R58 + Ceado E37SD". I wish I had the P100 but I couldn't justify spending twice more than my 83mm.

I also choose a Latte for the first drink of the day, but mine is a Quad.
Two differences that might be related to my use of a ROK Hand espresso maker.
I preheat the portafilter as well as the machine. I have seen this done with semiautomatic as well, then drying the portafilter.
I also dry the shower screen before inserting the portafilter.
