Bristling a little at the pronounciation of “Akkadian” as “uh-KAY-dee-in” and the spelling as “Acadian” in this video. The Akkadians pronounced “uh-KAH-dee-in” were an early Mesopotamian empire. The Acadians pronounced “uh-KAY-dee-in” were French colonists in North America (not to be confused with French Canadians).

Fun fact about Sargon's name. In Akkadian, it means "true king" or some variation there of and would more accurately be rendered as "Sharugi". The modern pronunciation comes from the biblical version, referring an Assyrian king with the same name.

An excellent video again. Small warning: The end of accadian were not - by pronunciation - goths but /ˈɡuːti/. Such mispronunciation is no problem for me, because I look it up if suspicion, but too many too lazy high school students will use your channel as reference.
