For that kind of Air Conditioner you can block the window by covering it with either a piece of wood and cardboard and tape it, wood should wedge in nicely if cute properly, there is also a piece you can buy at Walmart its plastic and it covers the window and has a hole for your house to fit through, take window measurement of the window and end of hose, that oval piece, the plastic piece I am talking of is only about 30$ maybe less.

It’s crazy to see how far you have come bro. For your pc I would use MSI afterburner to control you GPU fan speed and you could also limit the power and temp so that the temp can’t pass a certain temperature that you set up. Also you could get some faster rpm fans or add some more fans as exhaust on the top of your case you could maybe fit three more.
