I didn't know why there was a sudden spike in people jumping ship from twitter to Bluesky until I saw your short explaining why. Thank you for shedding light on that particular topic. She probably got in hot water for working under her tourist Visa and is now having to work to get a Green Card for Japan so she can go back to working there. She probably has to resubmit and deal with a lot more paperwork because she did technically commit a crime and now the japanese immigration office wants to make 100% sure she was doing anything else nefarious while in Japan. Honestly less a logistical nightmare (Apart from all the stuff she owns being stuck in japan) and more a legal and paperwork nightmare.

4:46 No, it won't. Because it still "blocking" someone, it still works, its just heavily neutered. Unless they SPECIFICALLY STATE that the block feature must stop someone from viewing and interacting with the person who blocked them, it counts as a block feature. This is also why reddit isn't banned in many countries despite their block and ban functionality being much the same.

Im concerned with the whole Vreverie thing, some of the talents said they shouldn't have trusted "someone". And now that wee another wave leaving its quite suspicious. If you go to thier fan discord server there are hundreds of people complaining they don't receive the merch they bought. I also heard someone who apparently has some inside knowledge say that they are shady. Not sure where the last source get the info from though. One of the Vtubers i used to watch in the corp has nor returned as far as i know.
