If Avocado isn't smashing easily that means its raw. Avocado should be black green and on touching it should be feel little soft but not too soft, just like tomato (minor soft). And it doesn't have its own taste in particular so add spices to make it good.

i’ll tell you the recipe my mom always makes
1tbs mayonnaise
1tbs pizza pasta sause
2 pieces of bread
