How one song changed Bradley Walker’s life…

Bradley Walker shares a story about how Joey asked him to sing the gospel hymn "Leave It There" at her graveside service. Bill Gaither of the Gaither Music Group, who was also at the funeral service, heard Walker's performance which led to an opportunity to record his own gospel album, film a TV special, and join several Gaither Homecoming events.

I love that song! It meant so much to me. At the time when they had the services for Joey, I was in the bed with 4 fractures in my back. I prayed for her to get well. When the services were taking place and Bradley sung that song, I was right there at the feet of Jesus in prayer. Beautiful song! Thank you for sharing with us.

I think Joey not only blessed the country music world with her beautiful voice & songs, she blessed all the people who her life touched. She was so talented & beautiful. When you think of what angels look like, I see Joey with the most gorgeous smile & 2 large white beautiful wings, & I doubt she hardly ever misses a night of coming back to earth to kiss her family goodnight, especially little Indy.
I cried when she passed, from the beginning of her treatment till the end. You can see how sad Rory is even today. I love brads singing he is awesome also.

Dec 3, 2022, it was my birthday and we were at Rory's Christmas concert, he sang this song and brought me to tears!
