Ok so my sister Teach me how to make bagel sandwiches, she said. She didn't want to disturb mom by using the pan to cook the egg, so she came up with a clever idea to microwave the egg instead. First, we take the bagels and spread cream cheese on both sides. Next, we add smoked salmon. The egg is the final component of the sandwich. I prefer smaller bagels which I cut up and toast. I don't recall the exact temperature, but I believe I toast them for about one minute and thirty seconds. We usually buy the cream cheese and smoked salmon from Walmart or Trader Joe's.

Once we've assembled the sandwich, we crack an egg onto a plate. We use chopsticks to mix the egg, as is customary in our Chinese culture. We add a bit of salt and continue to mix until the yolk is completely blended in and the mixture turns fully yellow. After that, we cover the plate and put it in the microwave for one minute. We don't use another plate to cover, as that could potentially damage our dishes. Instead, we have a round cover specifically designed for microwaving.

After microwaving the egg, we take it out, add it to the bagel sandwich, and close it up. The result is so delicious that it makes me salivate just thinking about it.

Edit:I’m so sorry I meant to say 1 minute instead of 1 minute and 30 seconds and the reason is because it could over heat and potentially break your microwave

Put half a cup of water then place the egg in microwave for one minute. Perfect poached egg.

I use a large mug . Eggs. Add some milk.. stir well and spray mug with spray oil..it rises and its best fluffy sandwich.. i also buy Walmarts Frozen Sausage Patties..takes less than a minute.. check it to keep it from getting hard edges.. Walmart Waffles in toaster..boom! My favorite meal... economical...less than 5 minutes...
