I was made aware that I made a mistake in the alcohol section of the video! Most hard liquor has a 35% - 50% range, therefore you would be limited to that 5 liter quantity. I got a little confused mixing up the proof with percent so my apologies!

These are some things I came across.
Melatonin is not allowed in some countries (e.g.Japan).
If you use a backpack or suitcase that wasn't used for travelling initially, make sure there aren't any items forgotten in any pockets or storage compartments. I got stopped once during the security process because of a "dangerous" item, which was a geometry compass (the one that helps you make circles) that I had forgotten in my backpack (I was traveling for studies). Apparently the needle that the instrument has makes it a no - no to have it on you.

If your personal item plus carry on limit is more than 7kg, these are good tips. However, if you are carrying a kg of gifts plus Duty Free... good luck getting your carry-on onto a plane in almost any country other than the USA.

Always check the limits for the airline!

Tsa doesnt care about your prescription drugs. They dont care if they are in original bottles or not. I keep hearing this by youtubers and have never experienced this. Directly from does not require passengers to have medications in prescription bottles, but states have individual laws regarding the labeling of prescription medication with which passengers need to comply."

I made the mistake of packing Epsom Salts. Your suitcase will be pulled and gone through. I guess they think it could be drugs. Don't pack Epsom Salts!

I think you misinterpreted something in your alcohol section. Most hard liquor is in the 35% to 50% range. Proof numbers are double the percentage numbers, so an 80 proof liquor is 40% alcohol. I assume this is because somewhere around that 70% number, it becomes combustible. Please feel free to check this.
