Try to avoid command strips if you can, because most colleges put cheap paint on the walls and at the end of year the strips rip the paint off and you have to pay to repaint the walls. Just use thumbtacks instead, they make a tiny hole that you can just rub some some white bar soap on to fill it in. It’s a lot cheaper

Hey, you don't always need whiteboards, you can write on mirrors with the same board markers, works just the same 😉

One thing I wish people mention more is boot warmers. If you can get an electric boot warmer at a small size, it helps so much with drying shoes in slushy wet weather, gloves, hats, and just clothes that didn’t get dried all the way. It also helps so you aren’t walking in your room or on your rug with wet shoes.

Don't just get any sort of water bottle. Get a big massive jug. Then drink the whole thing once a day. Your friends will be impressed and you will feel healthier~ 👍

I personally wouldn’t get a desk lamp because they take some space but if you are gonna use a monitor get those monitor light bars

I would also recommend for bedding to get a bed in a bag. These are super cheap, and it normally comes with sheets, pillowcases, comforter, etc
