Kamala Harris reacts to Trump saying he'll protect women 'whether the women like it or not'

Vice President Kamala Harris spoke to reporters in Wisconsin on Thursday about former President Donald Trump's comments that he would protect women "whether the women like it or not." Harris said the remark speaks to how Trump thinks about women and their agency. Harris also addressed House Speaker Mike Johnson's vow of massive reform to the Affordable Care Act if Trump is elected again.
