Hi there. My name is Egils. I am Dance teacher. Today we gonna talk about Weave in Foxtrot. If you want to learn three different Weaves in Slow Foxtrot, then stay tuned and watch this Video. Will show You also three different Basic Routines in Slow Foxtrot for Bronze, Silver and Gold level.

0:27 Let's start with simple Exercise for Weave Action in Slow Foxtrot.
Man starts with Left Foot and moves forward three steps and then backward three steps. Forward, forward, forward. Backward, backward, backward. Lady starts with Right Foot backward diagonally. Back, back, back. Forward, forward, forward. Forward, forward, forward. Back, back, back. Now we would start to turn slightly. Again. Again.

1:32 Let's look at the Natural Weave in Slow Foxtrot. Man starts with Right Foot: Forward, Side, Back, Back, Back, Side, Forward. Lady starts with Left Foot: Back, Close, Forward, Forward, Forward, Side, Back. Slow, Quick, Quick, Quick, Quick, Quick, Quick.

2:05 Second Figure today is Weave.
Man starts with Left Foot: Forward, Side, Back, Back, Side Forward.
Lady starts with Right Foot: Back, Side, Forward, Forward, Side, Back.
Quick, Quick, Quick, Quick, Quick, Quick.
2:35 Look at the Steps 1 to 4 of Reverse Wave, followed by Weave.
Slow, Quick, Quick, Slow. Quick, Quick, Quick, Quick, Quick, Quick.

2:49 Look at the Bronze level Basic Routine in Slow Foxtrot. In this Routine we will dance Natural Weave and Weave.
Bronze Routine: Feather Step - Reverse Turn - Three Step - Natural Weave - 1-2 of Change of Direction - 1-4 of Wave - Weave.

3:57 Third Figure today is Quick Natural Weave from Promenade Position.
Man starts from Promenade Position with Right Foot.
Forward, Side, Back, Back, Back, Side Forward.
Lady starts from Promenade Position with Left Foot: Forward, Forward, Forward, Forward, Forward, Side, Back.
Slow, Quick, And, Quick, Slow, Quick, Quick.

4:32 Let's look at the Silver Level Basic Routine in Slow Foxtrot.
In this Routine we will dance Quick Natural Weave from Promenade Position and Weave from Promenade Position.
Silver Level Basic Routine: Feather Step - Open Telemark - Quick Natural Weave from Promenade Postion - Three Step - 1-3 of Natural Turn - Open Impetus - Weave from Promenade Position.

5:45 Last Routine today is Gold Level Basic Routine in Slow Foxtrot. In this Routine we will dance Bounce Fallaway with Weave ending and Quick natural Weave from Promenade Position.
Gold level Basic Rotine: Feather Step - Bounce Fallaway with Weave ending - Three Step - 1-3 of Natural Turn - Open Impetus - Quick Natural Weave from Promenade Position.
