Very clear; both dancers have beautiful postural alignment & that nice smooth gliding step that's the hallmark of the Foxtrot. Advantage for the student: the couple demonstrates the basic pattern from 3 angle/ points of view. Calm, no unnecessary verbalization, very professional. Male & female parts show individually...again: clarity.

Very good videos. Keep it up! Excellent explanation. Many videos on Youtube complicate things too much and there's lots of fancy stuff. Question: in the open position, and the "close" at the end of one basic movement, you seem to be in a knees-bent crouchy position. Is that normal?
