Wonderful! Freeze dryer is great to preserve fruits & veggies- as well - of course canning with a vacuum sealer…to store fruits & veggies -

As this point, you have exactly what thrives during monsoon or rainy season. The avocado trees, plant just before the season in raised garden beds so you don’t loose them. They will have time to grow and be ready for that dry ground and thrive. With the right hands, rice would be nice to grow too. I suggest you have a separate set of workers specifically for the rainy season to manicure the farm. Essentially, a clean up crew that understands they are there to keep the place up to par. Building a simple design guard house is best for the workers, you and bag. A 12x20 is enough room .

The good thing about the rainy season is that the water table gets replenished😊

Greetings to you all. Im impressed with your progress. You have a loy of lemon grass. Cut it down, wash and then sun dry. You can package for future use, sale or gifts for all your visitors from USA.
Could you please take us to that lake and see how it is?
Stay blessed

Beautiful Greenery, Strong Palms please Put up A worker Shelter with some protected solar panels and batteries for power and a garden shelter that allows air to pass through with clear rooftops to utilize the sunlight . Also consider water towers to capture and filter the rainwater for efficiency.

BAG. Please, can you consider going into fish farming. You can create a man-made lake towards the sloppy side of the land to collect the excess water from the land and farm in the lake. This way your land would not be too water-logged during the raining season.
