TEYES CC3 - How to switch to the external microphone on the CC3

Changing Built-in and External Microphone Settings

This is a guide which will show you how to switch from the onboard microphone to the external microphone.

This method only applies to the CC3 2K and non 2K units that have been manufactured post March 2023.

I've done this but still not picking up the microphone. It's plugged into the MIC 3.5mm jack on back of the screen :/

This worked for me with the external mic wired into plug "A" terminals pins A19 and A20.

Hello. I have the same problem. When i switch to "internal", no sound is receved from both microphone (on bord, and the external one conected to the jack).
When i switch, in settings, to "external", the only one that works is the on board one.

I tried 2 other microphone and it dose the same. After each modification, i restsrted the device and stil nothing.

Can any one have a clooe or advice of what is the problem?

Toggling the switch did nothing for me, maybe if there's an update for CC3 2K 360 that will change.
