I have the 2k unit and mostly it is ok but there are some issues with BT connectivity, Carplay, bootup volume. So, when using Carplay everythig is mostly ok but if you use the Back icon command and exit Carplay the phone won`t connect on BT anymore, you need to restart the unit to have BT connection again. If you close Carplay from the back button, you need to push the square menu icon ti manually close the Carplay app, you may have or may not have BT connection with your phone. If you use only BT connection and you receive a call without using Carplay the overal quality is bad, volume is low, interesting, this is not happening with Carplay. Other issue is the bootup volume, no matter the settings, the unit starts at a higher volume, even after trying to set the boot volume, setting the applications volume for each one, no luck. You can`t connect any OBD interface, you are barred to use any except their OBD adapter.... I am using the unit in an Mitsubishi Outlander Phev which comes with an OE Rockford Fosgate audio system, it was a pain to get the right adapter cables for it. I am sure that on another car without OE audio amplifiers sistems the unit would function better.. Anyway, i like your channel, keep up the good work!

Mr. Dan, I recently bought a cc3 2k. For 2014 Honda Crv type “C” but I don’t believe I received the correct wire harness for the CANBUS. There is not ANY plug on one end of the canbus that fits. How do I go about getting the correct one sent to me?
