Hi Zach, this is PURE GOLD. I am a bookkeeper from the UK and going to move over to the per transaction way of pricing, so just need to work out whatever $3 is in GBP! Can I ask a really important question - what do you do about client's purchase invoices/receipts? Do you actually see them at all? I offer a scanning service using software called AutoEntry. It's just in the UK if we do VAT returns for clients we do need to see their paperwork. How do you deal with this?

Do you only do cash accrual single entry bookkeeping only or do you also do double entry accrual bookkeeping?

I know you charge more for accounts recievable and payable transactions, but don't you have to switch from single entry to double entry for all transactions when they are using the accrual method?

Curious if you do double entry bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory tracking. How would those rates would differ?

One more question, lol. I was also wondering if you offer Fixed Asset services? That is where you capitalize the asset, set-up the monthly depreciation and clear out disposals? Or do you leave that to the CPA and/or Tax Preparer? If you do, how is that service package fee calculated? I would consider that an "add on"... 🤷🏻‍♀️
