10AM Monday: Tropical Storm Laura could become major hurricane before landfall

There is a lot of uncertainty with Tropical Storm Laura's path and how strong the storm will still be before it enters the Gulf of Mexico.

Laura could become a major hurricane and currently the landfall is expected to be somewhere on the west coast of Louisiana or the east coast of Texas.
