What Kind of soap do you recommend for a water- soap mix? I joined a group which is training in an inside pool and i dont want to have any foam in the water. Or ist foam nothing to worry about?

could one soak the entire wetsuit in soapy water beforehand? or would that damage the outside parts?

You love the sea but throw shampoo water into the sea? If you just wear it underwater, that’s gonna be so easy and smooth. You don’t need shampoo.

That is NOT the proper way to put on a freediving open cell wetsuit. the soap water part is correct - the putting on is wrong. The proper way to do it is to scrunch up the top and bottom of the suit with both hands so the neck opening is near the waist opening and pop your head in FIRST ....then your arms last. Much easier on you and the suit. To remove the suit its the reverse - arms out first and head pops out last.
