What a helpful video! I’ve looked through so many spinning wheels, and wondered why most other companies don’t make videos like this. I’m leaning heavily toward the Louet s17. I like how simple and straightforward it seems, especially as a beginner.

Just ordered my s17 ! First wheel ever! I can not wait to get it !!!! Can't do drop spindles anymore because of carpal tunnel. Can't wait can't wait 🤗

If anyone checks the comments on something this old, for maintenance: is it okay to use something like linseed oil on the wood? (purchased a used older model louet and don't want to mess it up, but I've seen others use that on their wheels)
