3 days searching and farming all the spots in the video and still no T4/named NPC

Why do you guys call it Legendary Weapon Repair kits and Legendary Armor Repair kits.... they don't fix legendary gear (orange)! They only fix epic gear (purple). Grandmaster Repair kits is what the T4 Smith and Armorer makes. You guys had me hunting these two NPCs for over a week.... only to realise they make the same shit you get from drops in chests at sepeura and unnamed city and from bosses 😞
