Or for a easy guaranteed names Taskmaster is at the Ravaged Barrow. Here at 11 C will be the named Driver, Gothrad the Oathbreaker.

He is a 100% but technically FIXED spawn Taskmaster. By fixed I mean he will always be a Tier.4 thrall that can be knocked out.

I always come here first to stock up on ALL Greater Wheels of Pain. If singleplayer just leave the area and come back while multiplayer might different some server to server thrall respawn rate.
