After more than thirty years of service as one of the Navy’s top aviators, Pete “Maverick” Mitchell (Tom Cruise) is where he belongs, pushing the envelope as a courageous test pilot and dodging the advancement in rank that would ground him. Just watched it this week. Cannot remember ever smiling as much as I did watching this movie. It’s a feel-good no excuses movie. It paints a wonderful story. Continues mavericks arc. And brings along a new generation. It never cuts down the old guard. It just does everything right. Thank you Tom Cruise. You are the last great movie star. 👏

My dad’s favorite movie! He was a Navy pilot, and yes, flew jets off the Kitty Hawk and Nimitz. He passed away suddenly in ‘99, but would LOVE this continuation of the story. Looking forward to seeing this big time!!

I'm 52....when top gun came out it was the golden time of my life. Highschool. My first love. Friday night lights in Texas. Tears and laughter. The time we didn't understand was the best of the best. The music the actors all created a memory with this movie that was the benchmark of the best and wasn't ever done again that I can remember. Now it's back and it brings back a flood of feelings and emotions that have waited for this. Gen X has a salute coming... thanks Tom 🙏

It's been a long long time since a movie trailer gave me complete body goosebumps. And no pun intended with mentioning the Goose!
I was only 3 years old when the original Top Gun movie came out. I still remember how amazed I was seeing it for the first time on VHS.
The action, the music, the sadness I felt for Maverick when his partner died. I honestly think I cried when Maverick lost Goose. Now I'm
38 years of age, and have a 13 year old son, and times have changed, and yet here we are. Another Top Gun movie with Tom Cruise as
Maverick. What's not to love? The original also spawned two of the best songs to ever bless the industry. Take My Breath Away was a
song that meant so much to me back when I was a teenager in love with my Highschool sweetheart. Then of course the other major hit
from this movie Highway To The Dangerzone reminds me of the Top Gun ride that was at Great America in Santa Clara California. Takes
me way back to the first time I went to Great America when I was about 12 years old. What's not to love? Straight up nostalgia and this
trailer gave me a case of the feel goods!
