This is interesting. I was an my previous employer for almost two years - when the background check came back it was off by an entire year and stated I was still employed. That was a discrepancy and the employer rescinded in the offer

I forgot which month I left my previous employer and discovered I put the wrong month. I was off by about 3 months! How do I fix this?

I got offered a job and I left out a job I only worked four months, I was placed on administrative leave and I just ended up voluntarily resigning from that job.
The only thing is that job is in the same field and I worked in other departments within the company that I did include in the application.
Since the other jobs were in the same company would my latest job that I resigned from pop up in the background check??

I don't see how omitting information from your resume is a good thing if they are going to do a background check. To me, it makes you more suspicious. They might think, "Why did this person not list that they worked at this company for a year? Where they terminated?" Better to briefly list it under a second section called "Additional Work Experience" than not list it at all. You can list and detail relevant work information under the "Professional Experience" section where you list jobs that are relevant.

I have realised a mistake during my BGC filling I realised my timeline written in resume were wrong, I have filled the correct date in the BGC form and replaced a corrected resume to the BGC vendor, should this be alright or any impact to my offer ?

Hi. I have two jobs. One of the jobs is not on my resume because i don’t think it’s relevant, its taking care of a family member. However i did add the job on my background check information because i didn’t want it to come up if i didn’t add it and they think im lying. Will this cause me to fail the background check ?? And not get the job ?
