The Soviet one is just the UBV-73 Known as "The Buzzer" It's an old number station that has been transmitting the same buzzing noise for a long time.

The polish eas alarm is real actually, at least i think. It was used when the Germans attacked Poland at 4 am (CET) on September 1st 1939, The alarm is meant to sound like the Polish Patriotic song which is called "Pierwsza Brygada"

The Polish one is slowed version of "We, the first brigade" anthem of Polish legions, which was created in the trenches during World War I, and this legions bring a freedom to Poland and Polish people after 123 years of being erased from a world map.
