The reason why Japan has a `` cute `` alarm is to make sure everyone doesn't panic and doesn't stress.
Edit : first off, I know it's not cute, that's why there's quotation marks, second off, everyone includes kids, elderly and adults, thirdly, this is their earthquake alarm.
