I think the finns were on to something making the alarm distinct but not super loud and noisy, feel like that’s one way to avoid mass panic. Mexico’s alarm is also pretty good in that regard, it immediately grabs your attention and lets you know something is happening without telling you EVERYONE IS GONNA DIE
