I don’t believe ultra red has ever existed with the old model so I think that’s why you are seeing a different color because they are different colors. I believe we are looking at multi coat red versus ultra red.

The small aero covers in the 2024 M3P wheels also just pull out as they are held in by clips and not screwed in as you say in the video.

The aero lip on the front is called a splitter, not a diffuser. The rear underbody downforce parts is correctly referred to as a diffuser
