Remember "Engine" uses energy generated inside itself (burning of oxygen and fuel). Where a "MOTOR" uses energy created outside itself (solar, hydro, wind, nuclear, etc) Yes this energy is stored in the battery but the difference is that the energy doesn't change. The electrons simply flow through the motor from the Positive side of the battery and over to the negative side. Charging just brings those electrons back to the positive side of the battery again, ready for another cycle. Where in the engine, the fuel is chemically changed molecularly through burning, creating heat and expansion. That is the definition between Engine and Motor that I was taught in Auto Class. There's no Rear Engine... It's a rear Motor.

2018 tesla model 3 P owner. buying the new 2024 refresh model 3 P (ludicrous/highland) for almost half price what I paid in 2018!! $47, 500 after usa 7500 tax credit

nice wheels, (i wish they would make it optional for all trims, or at least offer more designs), and overall, maybe the first tesla i like... looks good, wheels looks great, white interior with ventilated seats (although i would prefer apcantara seats).... now if only sunroof would have 100 percent blocking shade... and ergonomics are still terrible... it needs SEXY knob... or something like Xiaomi SU7 Button Bar ...

No fog lamps and no indicators on wing mirrors. From what I have seen, matrix headlights are inferior to pre-facelift headlights. And of course, still no HUD. Come on Tesla. Could accept these omissions on the SR and maybe even the LR, but on the M3P, no. Not good enough Tesla

It might be the best car ever built but I will NEVER buy a product that's remotely associated with Elon Musk! His recent encouragement of violent Far-right riots on the streets of Britain is utterly abhorrent. I suspect a lot of people here are now quietly taking Tesla off their short list when deciding on their next car.
