How do you choose x values in the first place? I've looked at alot of questions and I understand what to do to an x value through y=3x-1 but I'm confused as to how the x value became -2, -1, 0, 1, 2. A question I've come across is: by making a table of values, draw the graph of y=-4x-2. But there is no given x values
