Hair Thinning Causes and Solution

My hair were thinning and I was rapidly losing hair until I learned the causes and how to treat it.

I can see my scalp since most of my hair falled down thinning due to thyroid issue. I started using modicare morroco argon oil and thank god it saved me now tiny hairs started growing after 3 weeks of using. In addition I ve taken amla tablets, iron, vitamin D 3 and aloevera juice. I don't use chemical products and heat but I wash my hair once in week and don't use any conditioner....

I never had so much hair fall, but a few weeks back I changed my conditioner from Dove to Garnier and from that day I have had too much hair fall. Now, I have changed back to Dove, but my hair fall isn't going. While oiling, there is hair coming out; when I watch my hair then also a lot of hair falls there; when I am just combining there is too much hair coming out; if I am tying a pony or a bun there are a bunch of strands coming out. And if I compare my hair from 1 month before my hair fall started, then there was no hair fall. What should I do please help me out.

Also only wash your hair with shampoo once per week, the other days use only conditioner.

I’m 16 I never use heat I eat well and I’m into a year and half hair care journey my hair sure got longer but it’s still so thin especially on the front I don’t know what to do I tried everything oils rosemary water and all I even learned how to properly wash my hair in shower but still my hair won’t stop thinning on the front +it’s a lil bit frizzy it makes me so sad and confused I just wanna stop the hair care since it’s not helping me at all I don’t know what to do I literally feel helpless 😕

I was use one time hair straightening in 2017 when I was 22 with keratin but in 5 year there is no effects in hair but right now in my bald area it’s shows thinning
