This is a great video, I know you teach third grade and I teach high school. But believe it our not in my resource special education classes you would be surprised with how many students do not know how to correctly use a ruler. This video would be great for my students to view as a review before we start our unit on measurement and finding area and perimeter. Nice Job!

you kept saying "One half inch" to describe half and inch at the early part pf the video.hence its confusing because Half an inch (1/2" or 0.5") is not the same as One half inch (1 1/2" or 1.5'')

Jeff, this is a great video..I teach 3rd grade and always have trouble getting the ruler large enough for the students to see. I really like the way she show the ruler close. I will use this in my classroom this year.
Just wondering could you do the same with 1/4 inch? Mine always have trouble with that.
