Thank you for this series. I get a fortnightly massage and my legs are extremely tight and it can get pretty painful. I do yoga every night and stretch my legs to the best of my ability. I'm going to give these a go over the weekend, I just had my massage on Wed and want to give the muscles a chance to recover because there's a few tender bits! Much appreciated
