Thanks for bringing up Byrne's autism in relation to the band dynamics! Being on the spectrum myself, I kept noticing how odd it was that people didn't seem to factor that in when talking about the band breakup. Byrne's lyrics have really resonated with me, and it means a lot!

I am absolutely in love with the Talking Heads. I saw David Byrne live in 2019 and spent half of the show in tears. The remaster of Stop Making Sense has been so important for the band. Getting to see it in a theater was spectacular.

And the story about David Byrne’s response to the mugging doesn’t surprise me, but it is also one of the funniest stories of something awful happening to someone that I’ve ever heard.

One thing i love about david byrne is his love for brazillian music. The name "Radio Head" for exemple came from a song of the legendary brazillian composer Chico Buarque. And Byrne was the responsable for reviving the career of Tom Zé, one of the most unique composers ever. I know that it would probably never happen but a ddd about Tom Zé would be incredible.
