Looks amazing! For those who don't know, otoro is a cut from the belly of a bluefin tuna! Highly sought after its high fat marbling. I've had yellowfin and yellowtail bellow but have yet to try the king of the tunas...some day!

That looks delicious! I also want to try real wasabi! Most of what's available in the United States is imitation made from horseradish, mustard oil, and food coloring. It's not bad, given horseradish is from the same family as wasabi, but I am sure there are differences.
