Bucket list experience right here. For those that don’t know the otoro (大とろ) cut of Bluefin tuna is the equivalent of A5 Wagyu of the sushi world

I hate how everyone says raw seafood is gross and make fun of him. I don’t care what you guys like or hate, but you can’t make fun of him when I am certain that most of you guys can’t cut fish like that.
