How to speed up Divi and Avada Theme?
When one has decent hosting (so not the cheapass ones), there where you pay a few bucks a month instead of the equivalent of a month per year, ditch all the features you do not use, make use of a CDN and not kill your setup with numerous plugins Avada works great with green lights in all the lighthouse checks available. Avada and Divi also give people who have low knowledge of the web great ammo to create awesome websites. But not the best SEO and tech-wise. accept that. When you want to compete with what google says your site should accomplish or with web designers without the same knowledge accept a monthly cost, hire a pro.

Is Divi good for SEO?

3 disable any plugins you don’t need.
4 From Avada settings, disable any builder features you don’t use.
5 Consider setting up your site with a CDN like Cloudflare (free)
6 Once all this is done you can check your site performance on the gtmetrix which will give you a report. If for any reason your site loads any slower than 1 or 2 secs just hire a speed optimization expert or move to good web shooting.

My favorite and recommended tools are:
Elementor + Elementor Pro. You can use instead Hello theme - Generatepress or Oceanwp or Astra. You have a lot of Elementor Add-ons. For example Crocoblock and Essential addons for Elementor. Try to learn more about the Elementor world.

Try Elementor Pro in combination with the Astra Theme. While I still have a deep passion for Beaver Builder and Beaver Themer, they're going to need to rethink their pricing structure if they expect to compete with what Elementor is offering in both cost and capabilities.

All of the top builders have pros and cons. I have both Elementor Pro and Divi. I keep coming back to Divi as my preferred builder. I'm not a fan of paying huge fees every year. Annual fees for Elementor should be lower or make a lifetime membership like Divi. Another great builder to keep a watch on is Brizy.
