Guidance is good, but Tier 3 bol ke is misleading. Chandigarh University is not in totally tier 3 category. There are many colleges in which there is no placement. That's actual tier 3 college. CU is somewhat in Tier 2 category

I was expecting a breakdown of CTC as well. Because 54 lpa doesn't just mean 54 fixed. Lot of college students don't know 54 lpa is not the fix pay but it includes lot of things like stocks, variable, fixed, etc.
