I personally hate the new displays that motorcycle industry is trying to place every bike. It looks horrendous. I love rpms in gauge and speed in small display just like my vfr800 8gen has. Anyway, i see a lot of inspiration from Schaaf, keep up the good work, and try not to kill yourself, even if the ND gives it a scarier look.

I bought this motorcycle kinda impulsively. Now I’d researched basically every popular motorcycle in sport, sport touring a, adventure, dual sport and adventure touring.

I had a 2021 ninja ZX6r and a 2022 Ninja 1000x

My first street legal bike was a 2018 Kawasaki klr650. Which I did not like. It was ok on dirt, but at my 6’3” 285lb size I had zero confidence on that bike ESPECIALLY turning into traffic . 35 HP wasn’t enough and at high rpm the vibration is a mess.
I test rode a brand new 2022 t700
Also a used bmw gs 800 adventure.
The bmw had more power but didn’t feel great on the dirt, I didn’t realize until later it had a seatconcepts touring seat, so you can’t adjust your butt posterior., your kinda locked in.
The ninja 1000sx is like that, where the Tenere has a rally - like seat that allows you to change position on the seat super sports are like that too you can shift

The bmw had traction control, expanded fuel tank, it was nice. I really like traction control for commuting and urban environments.

The Tenere is just analog with the exception it does have ABS something I need to have on most of the time, a single button turns it off.

I continued to worry about not having rider tech for safety.

However every single time I get on the Tenere and pull out of the drive, it puts this huge smile on my face …

I would recommend the Givi crash bars if you are after a light pair. They are cheap & lighter than most others, plus I’ve tested them out too many times 😂 took a 10m slide down the tarmac and a few big hits off road and no damage to the bike other than scratches on the bars, Barkbusters and exhaust.

Can i ask your opinion about this bike im planning to get 1 for adventure touring purposes mostly highways but offroading and trails too is it good or what things you should replace or upgrade for a comfortable tourer? Or should i just go for super tenere
