This concept works for weighted value, balanced score card, star graph charting.
Think resource planning for a region and then mapping best locations for founding a city, etc... logistical burden type factors...

Flip side for societies and individuals are the ranked choice, sliding scale surveys and such and the demographic predilections information inherently evidenced there

not tryna sound like a nerd/smartazz but math is seen as ugly & bland from the outside but its meaning is beautiful inside, impressive how humans have came up w/ a language that can calculate through formulas, who thought of pi, who discovered that a circle’s area is pie*r^2, etc.
